PARTY FAQ's

*  A deposit is required to reserve your party. (*PLEASE NOTE: Party  deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable*) For verification  purpose, please bring your valid ID and the credit card used for your  deposit payment. The balance of your party is due and payable upon  check-in for your party including a refundable $100 Security Deposit.  Any additional add-ons will be charged at the end of your party.


*  The Security Deposit is fully refundable as long as no excessive cleaning, excessive trash, or late exit occurs at the end of your party. Specifically, this means there should be:


- No excessive cleaning required (more than 15 minutes)

- No more than one 33-gallon trash bag of waste

- Timely exit from our facility


If any of these conditions are not met, additional charges will apply: 


- Excessive Trash: $20-$100

- Excessive Cleaning Fee: $50-$100

- A fee of $10 for every 5 minutes you exceed your allotted party time.

* Please provide at least 14 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. The new date must be within 3 months of the original date. If you cancel your event within 7 days of the party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Additionally, please note that your party package cannot be downgraded on the date of the event.


*Please arrive on time for your party. We are unable to issue refunds or extend the end time due to late arrivals. A $50 late fee will be applied if you or your party arrive more than 30 minutes late. To allow time for check-in and waiver completion, we ask that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.

*All guests must wear CLEAN grip socks before entering our play area. 


*  You are welcome to bring your own snacks, food, cakes, and drinks. However, please refrain from bringing alcohol or any food with a strong odor. Note that food cannot be reheated or cooked in the party room. If you are bringing a cake, please also bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches, please). You may use your own decorations, but please keep in mind that wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, or confetti are not permitted. Only painter's tape is allowed for hanging decorations on the walls.


* The party room has a maximum capacity of 15 kids and 15 adults at the Santa Rosa location, and 25 kids and 25 adults at the Hayward location. The room is available for the entire 2-hour duration of your party.  You may use the space for an additional 30 minutes prior to the start of your party for setup. If you require extra time beyond this, an additional charge will apply. If you would like to stay longer in the party room, please check availability with our party coordinator at least one week before your event, as it is usually not available on the day of your party.


*  If you need assistance with setup and cleanup, please let us know. An additional charge of $50 will be added to your bill if you choose the party service. Please note that once the party service is added to your booking, it cannot be canceled without at least two weeks' notice.
